On September 27, 2023, the Academy of Ukrainian Press hosted a presentation of the online course "Express Media Literacy for Teens" on its YouTube channel, which aims to teach critical skills in infomedia literacy and digital safety. The course is designed for students aged 13-17 and is free of charge.
Those who wish to take the online course can do so after registering on the Academy's new resource, the AUP+ platform (http://plus.aup.com.ua), which will be gradually updated with new online media literacy courses for different audiences. The course was presented by Maksym Zaporozhchenko, manager of media education programs at AUP and head of the Center for Digital Education and Media Culture at the Mykolaiv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education.
