Academy of Ukrainian Press has released a new publication - "The power of the press and poverty" (Karl-Hermann Flah).
16 translated from German publication devoted to the analysis of the essential foundations of democracy, where the author pays special attention to issues of freedoms and freedom of speech. And this is seen as the need for freedom and the threats to it.
