On June 15, 2019 the event was held in town Khorol, Poltava region. Active youth, students, CSO representatives, education and local media team-fellows took part here. Training was organized by NGO “Tvii Svit” (Ukr: ‘Your World’).

“At the end of training, the participants will improve their critical thinking level as a tool for media literacy during the election campaign. It is extremely important to figure out the ways of pre-election political ad interpretation, that has recently taken the whole information environment; distinguish between true and false promises of the politicians and analyze the media texts”, expressed his opinion Oleksandr Chepur, training organizer.

A three-day training was held on July 16-18, in town Lubny. Youth was split up to small groups, learned an expert opinion of trainers and communicated on media literacy topics. Modern interactive teaching and facilitation techniques helped the organizers guide the youth and plan the next steps.
