In January 2014 the Chernihiv Oblast State TV and Radio Company was established program "Let's talk frankly" with the head of the Department of Social Sciences and Methods of Teaching Chernihiv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education named Ushinski, one of the authors of the foundations of media literacy program for 8 (9 ) class, Alexander Mokrohuz.
The program won the tender from Academy of Ukrainian Press and adopted scientific-methodical commission field of knowledge "Journalism and Information" Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and approved by the Institute of Innovative Technology and Education, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
