Experts of the Academy of Ukrainian Press Ruslan Shalamov, Halyna Dertyaryova, Iryna Starahina and Oksana Volosheniuk, manager of media education programs with the research "Media Education in the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education" contributed to the collection compiled by the Mykolaiv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education "Integration of Media Literacy into the Subjects of Primary and High School (Part 1)" (compiled by V. Zaporozhenko, head of the Institute's Digital Education Center).
The collection contains more than 50 practice-oriented, diverse media literacy exercises developed by teachers of Mykolaiv region, integrated into the content of 5-11th grade subjects, and serves as a guide for further developments in this area, in accordance with the new State Standard of Basic Secondary Education.
The publication will be useful for teachers, students, scholars and anyone interested in the development of Ukrainian media education.
