On 28-29 March 2013 in Lugansk at the Lugansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education within the project for training personnel for the implementation of media education in the educational process of schools, there was a scientific seminar "How to create a modern school newspaper and website". Past events made possible by the joint efforts of the Institute of Innovative Technology and Education, Academy of Ukrainian Press and Lugansk Institute of Postgraduate Education.
