«In fact: time to think critically» — your ticket to the future of conscious media consumption from AUP and IREX!

Imagine holding a tool that will help you distinguish the truth from manipulation - games that teach you to analyze and materials that open up new opportunities for children with special educational needs. Intrigued? This is the reality with the project «In Fact: Time to Think Critically», which started in early 2025!

War and information aggression have created new challenges. Today, each of us faces a wave of fakes, propaganda, and disinformation. The answer is simple: arm yourself with knowledge and critical thinking. And we know how to do it in an interesting and exciting way!

What is waiting for you?

Games that broaden your horizons:

• The first game will reveal the secrets of the media world and teach you how information platforms work.
• The second game will develop intuition and the ability to resist manipulation, broaden your horizons and make you an analytical genius!

These games will be created and sent to young people who are in a shelter during the air alert and want to train their brains. And even if there is no power, we have everything thought out, the games are equipped with battery lamps.

Materials for children with special educational needs: an online course and a media literacy guide.

These are products that have no analogues. They will be a real find for inclusive centers and specialized educational institutions all over Ukraine and will give every child a chance to master media literacy.

The whole country is one team! The project focuses on those who need it the most: young people from the frontline regions, children with special needs, and internally displaced persons. These are not just words — it is a step towards a world where everyone gets a chance to be aware and strong in the face of information aggression. 

The project is nationwide with a focus on the frontline areas. It will reach more than 8,000 young people and 600 children with special needs.

We want Ukrainian youth to become the main example for the whole world how to overcome fakes, understand the media and defeat the information enemy. You can be a part of this story.
