Valeriy Ivanov, President of the Academy of Ukrainian Press, Doctor of Philology, Professor, said: "Artificial intelligence provides a lot of opportunities, but it also poses a lot of threats. How to utilize the former and avoid the latter was discussed during these two days."
Maksym Zaporozhchenko, AUP Media Education Programs Manager, Head of the Center for Digital Education and Media Culture at the Mykolaiv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education, said: "AI technologies are not about the future, but about the present, which has rapidly invaded various spheres of our lives: professional and personal, when we scroll through social networks or watch videos on YouTube in the evening. At the trainings, we teach people how to coexist effectively with these technologies, as they are definitely not going to disappear."
Andriy Yurychko, media trainer, journalist, PhD in philology, lecturer at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, commented: "Digitalization and big language models have changed both the creative industry and education. Today's specialist must be able not only to generate but also to teach others. This means that they must know more about it than those they teach. The AUP offers not only theory, but also life hacks for studying for an LLM, proven resources, and links to various educational resources."
Two more webinars are already scheduled for October, so don't miss out on this popular event.
