The Academy of Ukrainian Press has received four bullet-proof vests and helmets from the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine for foreign journalists working in Ukraine.
We would like to remind you that the Ukrainian parliament is considering a bill that will require editorial offices to equip journalists in areas at risk with bulletproof jackets, helmets and first-aid kits.
And we ask journalists not to ignore safety rules and equipment and to remember that no material is worth the life of a journalist.
